Instead, please have the owner fill out the Request help for missing animal (known owner). The Pet Evacuation Team legally cannot trap a loose but owned animal without the owner’s consent. We will not respond to these types of assistance requests.**

(Briefly) please describe the animal's characteristics such as color, size, coat length, tail length, and/or any unique markings (e.g., spots, one white leg, etc.).
If known (has an I.D. tag or other identifiers). If not known, leave this blank.
If you cannot tell the sex, please choose the last option.
Please let us know if you see any identification or gear on the animal, regardless of whether or not you are able to access/read it.
The microchip number may be found on tag if the animal is wearing a collar.
Please tell us how the animal is behaving: running away, in full flight, approaches for food, hanging out in a single location, etc.).
Please advise if the animal has bitten a person or another animal, tried to bite, or is/was acting aggressively toward anyone.
